Set up on amazon devices Firestick/FireTV
Step One
First, you must enable “downloads from unknown sources” and “debugging mode” in the developer options. To do this, please
Go to > Settings > Device > Developer Options > Set both to ON
( On some later firesticks this option is not available contact us for further instructions. )
Step Two
Install the Downloader app, you can install this app by searching for it on the Firestick home screen, on the magnifying glass in the top left corner of the home screen type Downloader. Scroll down to downloader in the suggestions below.
Once you have clicked it, You will be taken to the download screen, please install it.
Step Three
Once installed please open Downloader ( It may ask you to allow Cookies etc, say Yes to allow) and type in the following URL to install Our Custom App via Downloader.
You must now allow Downloader to accept 3rd party apps.
to do this.
- Press the Home button ( House symbol) once on your remote to return to the home Page
- Select the settings menu ( COG symbol)
- Select My Fire TV menu.
- Select the newly unlocked Developer Options.
- Click on Install unknown apps.
- Find Downloader in the list and change the setting to ON.
- Reopen The Downloader App and type in the url below

If it asks for any permissions during loading say yes and allow.
Step Four
Once Installation is complete, please open the app and enter the login details supplied to you when you purchased your subscription
Please note, that we also send a copy of your login details via email after receiving payment for your subscription.
Now, you’ve completed the setup on your Fire Stick and you’re good to go!
